2. What is Not Covered

3. Claim Process
- Proof of Purchase: To make a warranty claim, you must present proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation number from MimoShine.
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer support at to initiate a warranty claim. Include your contact information, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Return Authorization: After review, we will provide you with return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA may not be accepted.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for warranty claims unless the defect is confirmed by our service team before return.
4. Warranty Service
- Repair or Replacement: We will either repair the defective part or replace the product with an equivalent or similar product at our discretion.
