Handling Time

• Standard Handling Time: Your order will be processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. This means we'll prepare your package for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and ensuring all items are correctly matched with your order.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two primary carriers to ensure your products reach you safely and within a reasonable time frame:

• USPS (United States Postal Service):
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after handling. This service is cost-effective and provides tracking.
  • Priority Mail: If you need your package faster, we can offer this option at checkout for an additional fee, with delivery in 1-3 business days, but availability will depend on your location.
• UPS (United Parcel Service):
  • UPS Ground: This service also provides an estimated delivery of 5-7 business days post-handling, offering reliable and tracked shipping for most areas in the US.
  • UPS 3 Day Select: For those needing quicker delivery, this option is available at checkout, ensuring delivery within 3 business days for an additional cost.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location, weather, or any unforeseen events.
• For both services, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
• All our orders are dispatched from our address in Englewood NJ at 4 W Palisade Ave, #1128.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold, which varies by promotion or season. Check our promotions page for the latest offers.
• Standard Shipping Rates: For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see these costs before finalizing your purchase.

International Shipping

• Currently, MimoShine ships exclusively within the United States. We are exploring options for international shipping; please stay tuned for updates.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information for both USPS and UPS shipments. Use this to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product.
• Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, in which case, contact us for a pre-paid return label.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the transaction to appear.
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges but encourage you to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or if you believe it's lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund if necessary.
